My name is Ève, and I am in Social Sciences in the CEGEP. I have been in this program for 2 years now, and next year I am going to be in University. For my future career, I want to be a teacher in Elementary School. So, my glossary will focus on what the teaching profession entails. This glossary of 20 words can help to better understand the professional vocabulary related this profession.

- The term academic performance indicates the level of achievement that a student has attained in terms of the performance standards set by the institution, which is usually evaluated through grades, test scores, and an overall degree of success.
